The role of Security Control Staff for entertainment and public events has been formally regulated by Law 94/2010 and Ministerial Decree 6/10/2009, as amended.
Our operators are highly qualified and experienced, having managed services at major international events. FOX I.S. provides regular training courses to ensure continuous updates on regulatory changes, as well as technological, psychological, and physical preparation.
Security Control Staff are registered in the official Prefectural lists and hold an identification number and badge. They are also formally employed by licensed companies authorized to provide these services.
According to our professional standards, a Security Control Operator must be capable of interacting with the public and handling any situation with professionalism and appropriate conduct.
Upon request, our staff can also provide certifications in First Aid, BLSD (Basic Life Support and Defibrillation), and Medium/High Risk Fire Safety.
Circular No. 555 of June 7, 2017 aims to clarify and organize the regulatory framework governing public events. It outlines the legal principles that all parties involved—both public and private—must follow in the planning and management of events, whether large-scale or smaller gatherings such as festivals, fairs, historical reenactments, outdoor cinemas, and more. In particular, the Gabrielli Circular specifies who is responsible for ensuring adequate safety conditions at public events and the operational strategies required to prevent harmful incidents.

The important security and safety activities carried out in stadiums, sports arenas, and during sporting events follow specific rules and procedures as required by law, in both indoor and outdoor environments. According to Ministerial Decree of 08/08/2007, stewarding services are mandatory in venues with a capacity exceeding 7,500 spectators, or in stadiums (even with lower capacity) where football competitions organized by Serie A, Serie B, and Lega Pro take place.
