Security Management refers to all managerial activities related to the identification, assessment, and analysis of risks that may cause financial and non-financial damage (such as theft, fraud, or information breaches) within a company, organization, or group of assets and people. The professional responsible for these activities is commonly referred to as a Security Manager.

Given that the term “security” encompasses multiple areas, three main types of Security Management can be identified, each with a dedicated role:

• Asset Security: The Loss Prevention & Security Manager is responsible for protecting company assets, overseeing surveillance and investigative activities to prevent losses caused by theft, fraud, or scams.
• Information Security: The IT Security Manager ensures the protection of IT systems against external attacks, safeguarding company data and information from cyber threats and viruses.
• Workplace & Environmental Safety: The Safety Manager is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions, identifying potential hazards, and implementing corrective measures in compliance with workplace safety regulations.

Our Security Managers have specialized training obtained at the University of Rome and are recognized as “corporate security professionals,” in compliance with Ministerial Decree 269/2010 and UNI 10459:2017 standards. They are also certified by a National Certification Body recognized by the Italian Ministry of the Interior.
